    for eighteen-years ;
i was told not to make contact with the outside world. But for once,
I have decided that I will travel to other planets in search of intelligent females.
In order to do so, I must design, build and pilot an intergalactic cruiser to parts hither to unknown.

the plane was about to land. i looked out the window into the foggy skies,
all i see was strips and flickering orange light, trying to make out what was the source of the light. probably street lights and moving cars.

then i see patch of bright white light amongst the field of orange, as the plane decends lower, i realized what the patch of white light is.

hint? american's favourite past time. it was a baseball field. LETS PLAY BALL!

Reserved for a major hoot post coming up this thursday! :O

    Update:
Finally the TV has been delivered.
    So the plan is to hook up the following to the tv;
    • Old pentium 4 PC,
    • TV-Antenna cable,
    • xBox360.

    REVEAL THE HOOT! +/-

I have been using this 15' monintor for close to 8 years. Now upgraded to 32' HDTV.

After enquiring on hardwarezone regarding how to go about connecting my PC to HDTV, I realized my old PC's graphic card has no DVI nor HDMI ports, the only way to connect the pc is through RGB (meaning video output will be compromised).Noting what is needed, I headed to the neighbourhood DIY shop.

I have an male-male antenna cable, so i bought a male-female converter. Almost made a mistake by buying a new male-female cable :o saved $18, converter cost only $2.90

Bought a new VGA male-male cable for $16.50, as i dont have any at home. Slightly overkilled by buying a 3 metre cable, ended up having to tie up the excess.

My mom bought this for me. So i dont have to spend any money on this. She chose this probably bought it because of the 'free' word.

Booting up my computer and.. ta-dah! Bringing the postcountwhore to a new level :O

An overview of the whole setup. can you imagine sitting behind that keyboard and surfing pron internet with that screen? the feeling is uber shiok. update: few hours after hooking up my PC and console, 2 guys came over to mount the TV on the wall so it looks much nicer, neater now.

After sucessfully hooking up the computer, it is time for fun. Plugged in my xbox360 without much effort. Look at my avatar! I made Spocks from Startrek :D

The first game I tested was X-MEN ORIGIN:WOLVERINE. The game really look so much better in HD, colors are more vivid, graphics more detailed and crips. (Y)

Also to mention, this game is really good. gameplay somewhat similar to God of War, but storyline stays true to movie - you get to beat the crap out of your brother, Sabretooth. and other villians like Gambit, Blob and Deadpool.

    End.

i just saw a bunch of video game character Facebook updates, and i thought this is funny. at least to me.

somehow it brings back some memory of when i was a kid. some days i'd asked my maid to bring me downstairs to the video tape rental shop. where you get to play their Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) for about 2 bucks/hour.

the shop has only 1 pathetic console, so most of the time you see other kids (usually fat for some reason) standing behind the player waiting for their turn.

so i had a deal with the maid, she gives me 2 dollars then she can go hangout with her pinoy friends for an hour lol

everytime when i'm there, i'll play only this particular game - Donkey Kong Country. Player 1 would be Donkey of course, then Diddy for Player 2.
all i remember about this game was collecting bananas and throwing wooden barrels, sounds easy but i have never even passed the first stage.

then all the kids behind me would go like..
" SO EASY! LET ME PLAY LA! I TELL YOU BLA BLA BLA.. "

when my hour is over, i'd purposely wait for another kid to play so i could say the same thing, hehe :O

but the truth is, none of us have even made it pass Stage 1 lol

finally completed the last episode of Fringe, Season 1.
there are scenes in this episode which reminded me of an entry i made months back, titled same is different

i thought it was just another dream. somehow this idea appeared in the show, and suddenly it made so much sense. it just felt weird how i even thought of this in the first place.

    Spoiler Alert.
